Loving both of these new records quite a bit. Neither could be said to be prolific, but both take the quality over quantity approach very seriously. As usual the Sade record is incredibly sexy, I just wished it clocked in at longer than 41 minutes. The Massive Attack album is a nice departure for them – the tempos and rhythms are a bit unexpected, but the overall vibe and theme of the album is 100% what I’ve come to know and love from them. Good week for music, that’s for sure.

I helped launch the Fishbone Topspin campaign today through INgrooves. Great looking batch of merchandise from a legendary band. I know it’s going to do well once the word gets out there.
